If it's been more than 10 days since you placed your order and you haven't received it yet, we kindly ask you to reach out to us at okinghabib160@gmail.com to check on its status. If, for any reason, a refund is necessary, we will communicate the process to you via email.

All orders are shipped via PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS & Delivered in 4-7 business days from the day you place the order.
Custom made items/suits takes 15+ days from the day of order.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at okinghabib160@gmail.com and reship your item to our address.
You will be responsible for reshipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
