Shipping & Returns
According to our policy please allow between 4 – 7 days your order to arrive. If more than 10 days have passed since your order was placed, please drop an email at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be communicated through email, if necessary.
The policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Returns to be received within 15 days from the delivery date will be fully refunded.
To be eligible for a return the product must be in an unused state. It is in original packing and company tickets. To process your return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not on his original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, it will not be eligible for return.
Refunds (if applicable) once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If they look in good condition the refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically applied to your account original method of payment, within 6 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and reship your item to our address.
You will be responsible for reshipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
